No. There is no minimum purchase required for Fish Day pickup. Online pickup is generally best suited for fish orders of $1,000 or less. If your order is more than $1,000, please contact us to coordinate a delivery.

Because your order reserves live fish from our limited weekly inventory specifically for you, cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable. When possible, we may allow your payment to be transferred one time to the next available Fish Day, subject to fish availability and substitutions.
Fish Days and live fish availability can be affected by weather, fish health, transportation, and other conditions. If Pond King is unable to provide fish you reserved, we'll work with you to move your reservation to another Fish Day or provide a full refund for the fish we cannot provide. We will not substitute a different species or size without your approval.
