The DIY Mini Pontoon Float Systems ship in boxes via Fed Ex Ground. Each pontoon ships in its own box and weighs 34 lbs.

The pontoon floats included with this product are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
We provide general recommendations for frame sizing, materials, and construction to support safe and effective use of the components. Because final design and assembly are determined by the end user, the warranty applies to the pontoons as manufactured and does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, or configurations outside of our recommended guidelines.
Pond King must receive payment in full for the mini pontoon boats before shipping or delivery. Generally, you can make a full payment when you place your order online. If, however, you would like to make a 50% deposit to get your boat into our production lineup and pay the balance with a check or ACH, please call us to make those arrangements.
You’ll receive general assembly guidance to assist with constructing your deck platform, along with a recommended materials list. Build time will vary depending on your design and experience level, but many customers complete their deck in approximately 4 hours once materials are on hand.
