Steel and Aluminum Framed Floating Dock Warranty
At Pond King, we take pride in crafting high-quality floating docks designed for durability and longevity. Our assembled floating docks are constructed using premium materials to ensure lasting performance.
Decking Warranty:
We use TimberTech® Decking, engineered to resist cracking, splitting, splintering, and rot. TimberTech decking is backed by a 25-year limited residential warranty and a 15-year commercial warranty. Decking is available in three colors: Coconut Husk (cedar-like), Dark Cocoa (deep brown), and Sea Salt Gray.
Frame and Weld Warranty:
Our docks feature hot-dipped galvanized fasteners and high-quality components, allowing us to provide a 10-year residential warranty and a 5-year commercial warranty on all Pond King steel and aluminum frames and welds.
Float Warranty:
Pond King floats are made from encapsulated polyethylene with UV inhibitors and are backed by a 15-year warranty.
Limitations:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or acts of nature, including storms, high winds, or flooding.
Custom and Non-Standard Installations:
For custom-built or non-standard dock installations, we offer up to a 1-year warranty to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pond King Floating Dock Kits are designed for use on ponds or small lakes with stable water levels, moderate winds, and minimal waves. When installed according to the instructions:
Aluminum Frame & Welds: Covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.
TimberTech Decking: Backed by TimberTech’s 25-year limited residential warranty.
Floats: Encapsulated polyethylene floats with UV protection are covered for 15 years against material defects.
Important: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, environmental conditions outside those listed, or normal wear and tear. Pond King’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion.

Pond King floating docks are anchored on the bank by either steel piers that are concreted in or steel stakes that are hammered in. We don't use any cables on our floating dock systems.
Many pond owners choose docks between 10'–20' wide depending on how many people will fish or relax on the platform.
