We use hot-dipped, galvanized fasteners, and other top-quality components allowing us to offer a 10-year warranty on all Pond King steel and aluminum frames and welds. The TimberTech Decking carries a 25-year limited warranty, and the InsulBead Floats carry their own warranty, too. We stand behind our product and the materials we use; but if your dock is damaged by an act of God, you'll have to take the matter up with him.
